Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Location is good. Apart from that, everything else is horrible. Especially disturbing is the unhygienic conditions of the rooms and washrooms, and the smelly linen. And no towels, though even if they had provided them, we would not have used them given their cleanliness standards. Also, the most disturbing part was to found out that they give out the worst rooms if one books via Expedia. We had to pay extra to upgrade to "standard rooms", otherwise we were initially checked into old (read dilapidated) rooms. Upon checkout I was advised to not book via Expedia, otherwise I will again to allocated the olde rooms. There are many other negatives about the hotels, but I think in a nutshell this property must be avoided at all cost.
