The condo itself was a little run down but the facilities that were on the property were really nice. It was are first experience with renting a condo and it was overall a good one. It was close to pretty much everything we wanted to do so that was really convenient.

Shower from Hell

I love this location and the price was excellent. The only down fall was the bathrooms. We had a 2 bedroom swing king, however, we ended up with a 2 bedroom, 2 queen beds. The shower was horrible. Standing water after every shower.

This place was amazing!!!!!! Stayed for a week, it was very quite, SPACIOUS!!! The only thing that was wrong was our pool was not available......But! The staff have us different passes with no hesitation. Sometimes the security was annoying about the pool ( before we got new passes) but he was doing his job. Shoit out to security for patrolling the area, and keeping things in tact.

Villa was nice. Floor needed to be cleaned a little better. Beds were very comfortable. Indoor pool closed at 5 so we never made either there. Outdoor pools required a key card. First night we couldn't get ours to work. Second night someone had an accident in the pool and we couldn't swim.

In the condos description it stated that we would have a King, 2 fulls, and a queen sofa bed. Well when we arrived we in fact had a queen, a twin, and a full sofa and we had to sleep with pallets on the floor and we were uncomfortable.

The staff at the front office show little to no compassion when someone shows up after a 2.5 hour drive only to find out their reservations have been canceled.(by Myrtlewood of course) I’ve been staying with Myrtlewood for years, needless to say I will be spending my money elsewhere. I will fall dead before I ever stay there again. To the staff in the front office, thank you for helping me make this decision.

Screen door was broken and leaning against the patio. Two TV’s didn’t work. The living room tv volume would go up past 3 so you could barely hear it. The furniture was old cheap and outdated. The sinks in the bathroom had a slow drain. It was a terrible experience.

BEWARE!

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Booked a two twin, two double room. They gave us two twins and a king that split. Was told they could not change our room but would come and split the kings which they never did. None of the 3 TVs worked the entire time and they said they would give us $20 for that inconvenience. The blinds in the living room with the “sleeper” sofa, which was impossible to sleep on by the way, were half missing so no privacy AT ALL. They left an open can of paint in the bedroom which my great niece could have gotten into if we didn’t catch it. When we asked for a refund we were told “we don’t give refunds”. So essentially give them your money and too bad what you get!

I decided to book the villas because we stayed there before and had a great experience. This time the unit was dirty, the recliner was broken, the pull out bed on the couch was broken, the outlets in the unit did not work and the sink was clogged in the bathroom. My husband could not use his CPAP because the outlets did not work. I called the front office and they did not seem to care about all the issues in the room. They sent maintenance out to check the outlets and they said there was nothing wrong with the outlets. We paid alot of money and the unit was not worth it.
