The apartment size and kitchen facilities were excellent. It was a shame that the carpet was dirty and the front desk didn’t provide what we needed to be able to use the pool.

Great central location for our golf trip. Spacious 2 bedroom unit for two people, lots of room to spread out, handy full kitchen although if you are planning on doing lots of meal prep the kitchen only contained the barest of necessities. Worked ok for us as we only did breakfasts and golf snacks with dinner out but would have needed extra supplies if we were doing lots of cooking

The condo itself was a little run down but the facilities that were on the property were really nice. It was are first experience with renting a condo and it was overall a good one. It was close to pretty much everything we wanted to do so that was really convenient.

Shower from Hell

I love this location and the price was excellent. The only down fall was the bathrooms. We had a 2 bedroom swing king, however, we ended up with a 2 bedroom, 2 queen beds. The shower was horrible. Standing water after every shower.

We liked the layout of 203 Magnolia and appreciated the cleanliness. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable to just sit on. Laminate flooring panels were between the mattress and box springs in the bedroom.

Spacious. Grateful for roof over our head during our short trip to myrtle Beach. Broken dining chairs almost made some family members fall down, very loud upstairs neighbors up all night, extremely rude customer service agents, balcony was very dirty, no broom in units to help sweep sand off the floor after going to beach, hot water runs out after a few minutes,towels left lints after .use.
