Convenient location, courteous staff, good food. Facility itself is a tad worn but comfortably bed, clean room and decent amenities. Bring your own shampoo and body wash but overall good experience. Staff was outstanding.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, however the noise level from outside revelers made sleeping difficult until the wee hours of the morning. Additionally, the toilet seat was very low, even for a short person. Finally, the tub had a slow drain.

friendly staff, clean and open lobby. Did not like having to pay $25 to get into room a couple of hours early - especially as a Hilton Honors member, but that is a corporate issue, not unique to this hotel.

This is an excellent location for anything you may want to do in downtown Memphis. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the staff was friendly and helpful. Valet was quick and easy. We only spent one night and noticed later in the evening, the lobby had a few people who seemed to be friends of the staff just hanging around. They weren't bothering anyone, but it was a bit odd. Other than that, it was a wonderful, quick stay

While the DoubleTree Hilton is not new hotel, My room was clean and spacious. my stay was for a long weekend. I could not turn on the cold water to the sink. The knob was very tight. I assumed housekeeping would come to empty waste paper can and replenish towels and the complimentary coffee and condiments at some point. That didn’t happen. Overall, the front desk staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating. The cookies very fabulous!!! Other than the missteps mentioned, I would stay at the DoubleTree Hilton again
