We felt bad accusing anyone specific and told management but obviously they said nothing was stolen because its right to defend their team as they should. "The hotel sits in a great spot — close to both Palma centre and Santa Catalina, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, yet relatively quiet at night. Our room was basic but had an ocean view and double sound-proofed balcony doors, which kept outside noise to a minimum. Comfort was the main letdown: the beds, and especially the pillows, were not comfortable. The shower head was undersized, and one of the shower gel dispensers had come away from the wall.
