"Rooms are too warm and AC not cooling, staff unable to help. It’s also very noisy from construction and the road. But worst part is housekeeping doesn’t clean!! They just change (or fold) the towels and wipe the sink-that’s all. Floor was not vacuumed in 4 nights we stayed there as i could tell by the crumbs. They don’t refill the coffee capsules unless you call and ask for it, like they want to save them so you don’t use too much. The only good thing about this hotel is wide selection of breakfast buffet, but food is hot and miss- one day your omlett is great, the next terrible. We couldn’t wait to get out of there, i fo not suggest this hotel at all, didn’t sleep well a single night due to noise and heat."
