"Easy check in. Friendly and attentive staff. Room was ready by 2:00 pm, we arrived at 12:30 pm so they stored our bags. Showed us where to have lunch nearby, it was great. Breakfast was excellent, fresh pasties and à la carte items including omelettes and Benedicts and pancakes. Great location, close to old town. Can walk to most beaches or take a short ride. Highly recommend."

"Staff very friendly and helpful, walking distance to public transport, breakfast buffet options was really good, supermarket accros the street really convenient. We couldn't get the air-conditioning to get cool enough"

"The hotel and grounds, which are actually a former convent, are beautiful. We only had one day here at the end of our trip but we’ll definitely return for longer. The room was perfect and the service was excellent. Make sure to visit the Locke de Santa Joana restaurant as well, it’s phenomenal!"

"The rooms d bed were updated and nice. Although small the appointments in the room were very useful. The bathroom was nicely remodeled and clean. The hotel location is extremely convenient to old town Lisbon. Overall a great place to stay."
