nice Hotel

It is a good location to visit old street in Kunming. All staffs very kind but they don't speak english. That problem is normal when you travel in China as a foreigner. Please prepare the Hotel bussinesscard written by chiness letter before you go to the Hotel. It was hard for me that I looked for the hotel from the Airport. I used by taxi early moning. Any taxi driver didn't understand english address. It was my mistake. I will stay this Hotel if i have a chance to travel Kunming again.

Since the street's name and hotel number changed has changed (differ from hotels.com provided), it took us a bit of effort to fine it. The hotel is centrally located, right next to the city's main shopping area, with lots of small souvenir stoods on the street. a bit hard to access by car, but ok if 50m walking is acceptable. Like many European hotels, this hotel's lobby is cramped, room is small but clean. Value for money.

The room needs some attention to the walls, it looks really bad, plaster is peeling off, very small room. They could not find our booking,had no idea if we had paid or not, ghey just went on my word. No one spoke english but staff tried their hardest to comminicate with us via translate app on their phone. Breakfast was typical chinese with very sweet bread and egg for us westerners.
