"The staff was very helpful, especially Koko and Vivy at the reception. The complimentary yoga and cooking classes were a great experience. The shuttle service was the best — they are so efficient and helpful. The hotel facilities were very comfortable and the view is amazing. The cleaning team made a very special decoration for my birthday, which was a wonderful birthday gift. Thank you for making our vacation so spectacular."

"It might look fancy and pool has been Bangkok there a diamond dozen there’s 100 of them unless you’re Chinese owned or your influence and have an American Express gold card. They don’t want you if you’re American. I got bad vibes after IIt might look fancy in pools, Ben Bangkok, there a diamond dozen there’s 100 of them unless you’re Chinese owned or your influence and have an American Express gold card. "Room was dated but clean. The size of the room was great. Keep in mind that there is a lot of stairs! Pool area is in the process of being updated but the pool water didn't seem as clean as it could be. Food was decent just a bit annoying that room service didn't start until 2pm. Breakfast was good, small selection but good tasting."
