"We decided to upgrade to the best room possible for an extra $20 or so a night and it was extremely worth it. Incredibly spacious and the best view in the resort. We literally had people walking on to our balcony to take pictures. We had an incredible time. A little 20 minute walk to town or a 100 Baht longtail ride( (per person) are your options to get around. HOT TIP- if you're a guy wear swimming trunks the day of your arrival, and if you're a girl wear your bottoms with shorts or a dress....

"Room was ok. The staff were nice. They food at the restaurant was very basic and the portions were very small. Service was really slow many times waiting 20 plus minutes for the food to arrive. Restaurant area is very unattractive. This would not be such an issue if there were any other options for dinning out but you need to take a boat to town to have any other eating options and the last boat back to the resort is at 4:30 so you don't have any options but to be stuck eating at their...

"Staff were lovely and the view is great. Rooms hzve high ceilings. The stairs are almost hazardous and the walk unpleasant in the heat. Many mosquitoes. It was fun to be high up but you should be fit. Obnoxious guests were making loud noise and partying after the 3am bar closing. Breakfast minimal. "

"Smell from drain, corner room with horrible view, beds hard with tiny ants. No refrigerator, didn’t get water on second day. Asked for room change but staff unable to accommodate. "The hotel is right after Long Beach, you have to climb pretty steep stairs to get to the resort, front office looks nothing like a 3 stars resort hotel. A girl who check us in doesn’t know if there were all information she needs to give us. Breakfast was horrific. Check out at 10 but long tail boat shuttle to PhiPhi pier is at 12:30, we asked to check out at 12 but that is not possible, this is the the first hotel in Thailand we have stayed in that doesn’t allow late check out at 12. ...
