The Worst Residence Experience in Vietnam
You should not book residence hotels in Vietnam. Residences are privately operated, and they are unreliable.
I made a reservation and moved to the residence, but I was told that the room was already taken. They offered me two options: to cancel the reservation or take another apartment.
My family was already exhausted, so we chose another residence, but while we were on the way, we were informed that the room there was also unavailable, and we had to move to yet another residence.
The final residence was much more rundown compared to the room we originally booked, but my family was so tired that we had no choice but to stay there.
I was angry and frustrated, but there was nothing I could do. It was late, and my family was exhausted.
