The staff was lovely. Price was good. Room was clean but in rough shape. One of the bed legs was broken. The small armoire had a broken door that hung wide open. Someone had tried to repair the hinge with a large screw that never went into the wood, but poked dangerously out the other side. No noise, slept well. Missed breakfast because it ended at 9am. That was a disappointment. Convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Check in was fine, bed comfortable. Rooms could use refreshing. Bathroom door was cracked at bottom and there was mold in the shower. Our group had 5 rms altogether and each of us had issues with keys being erased 3 days in a row. First time we got back at 1:00am and couldn’t find anyone to help us get in our rooms. The rooms also had microwaves, TVs, and refrigerators that didn't work. Hot water was low or not there. Infrequently replenished breakfast was late one day and not very appetizing.
