"Our stay was so lovely at Nasama. The pool was an absolute vibe every day, it was a bit windy which can get a bit much from the ocean but it was a warm breeze welcomed for our Melbourne winter escape. Nothing is too much for the staff to accommodate, snorkelling gear available for use from the reception. The tap water I couldn't adjust to but bottled water was easy to source from the cafe and restaurant on site. Everything can be charged back to your room to deal with at the end, bus drivers...

"Pool villa 4 was nothing like the pictures on the website which was very misleading. Very poorly maintained villa. No minibar or even milk to have with a coffee. Instant coffee sachets were not fit for consumption. No room key or batteries for safe could be provided. Front door had hole at the bottom allowing anything to crawl in which occurred. Food below average and quite often was served lukewarm or cold. Extremely disgusted and disappointed. Checked out early. Certainly not 4 star and would...

"Absolutely lovely,helpful staff and convenient location in walking distance from Port Vila. Regrettably the property needs maintenance and updating. The water for showers is lukewarm, the internet needs updating as iit was unavailable and the lagoon can't be used due to pollution from sewerage. It has potential if some money is spent on the facilities."

"Peaceful, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. The view was amazing and we looked forward to every meal overlooking the water. Snorkeling, paddling boarding, sea kayaking, and private access to water within steps of our bungalow. The staff was kind, friendly, and absolutely wonderful. We loved it here!"

"Very clean and well organised. There is a pool and a bar/restaurant if you don't want to go out to eat. Very well located just a few minutes away from the city's centre and various supermakets. It might get a bit noisy in the evening because of the bar's evening specials, but it's not too bad"
