"The cabin has a great rustic feel, plenty of space for our group, and a peaceful, private location. We really enjoyed the authentic log cabin atmosphere. The downsides: No A/C or WiFi. While the listing doesn’t advertise A/C or Wi-Fi, it would be helpful if it clearly stated that neither is available. The upstairs loft also gets quite warm after hot summer days. The cabin could have been much cleaner—we found numerous cobwebs, spiders, dead and living moths, old kitchen towels and washcloths....

"Although an older property, our room was updated perfectly. Great beds, really comfortable. Very large tv in room. Would definitely stay at the Thunderbird again. Breakfast room was quite small and would get crowded quickly. Would suggest the hotel find a more appropriate location for breakfast service but that’s my only suggestion for improvement. We would recommend the Thunderbird."
