"The views were beautiful a little noisy sliding doors need fixing fir wind and noise but either wise an amazing stay thank you 😊"

"We liked the room, an despite the noise from the streets etc we slept soundly. The Breakfast room was very busy, queues to get a table, and difficult to move about because of the congestion. Perhaps an area for adults only would help as there were a lot of children running around. We did not find it very pleasant to eat. However, the choice of food was excellent."

"The view from balcony was good. Staff was good. Very noisy place though, you will hear everytime the lift opens, trolly dragging, bags moving, definitely not soundproof walls. There was a big cockroach on the floor at night. Not very impressed . No microwave facility in the room, when we callled the reception to ask if reheating food available, they said they will charge $10 to use the microwave. I mean, come onnnn."

"Overall Good"

"It would have been nice to have known about the construction directly across the road and on the corner the noise was unbearable being woken up by a jack hammer at 7am and the lack of amenities within the hotel was shocking and not worthy of 5 star and the staff were rude from the moment I checked in and a guest on a level above was smoking on the balcony not great for my chronic asthma and lung issues"

"Clean and tidy. Exceptional rooms and quick check in and out"

"My family loved it thank you for such a great holiday."

"Beautiful view. Nice and big room."

"Amazing stay, already wanting to go back."

"A great place for family."

"This was a good location and value, The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly.. we appreciated there was a complimentary breakfast. The restaurant could do with better management and attention. Often no cutlery - the ‘clean’ plates and cutlery were dirty on various occasions. Also the housekeeping didn’t come every day and when it did often didn’t do a complete job - it seemed like they were in a hurry maybe so would do 80% and then forget a couple of things like cleaning the second...

"We checked in to the hotel on April 2021, We do not have an idea about the room, cause’ this our first time at Gold Coast. We are very lucky this time because we sleep on the third floor without an elevator. Our luggage was quite large which made it a bit difficult to enter our room. Inside the room has dust on the shelves and appliances. The electrical appliances in the room are quite old. "

"Very clean, well stocked kitchen, very spacious rooms and living area. Absolutely stunning views, and I especially loved the large balcony areas. Indoor and outdoor heated pools, with ocean views are a definite bonus. It’s in a very busy spot in Surfers, but the rooms are quite, with no traffic noise. It was my second stay, and I will definitely be back."

"Beautiful 6th floor view of the ocean! Super kind, helpful staff. Nice pool. Soooo many bird species. Long walking path steps away that leads to bars, restaurants, main harbour front for boat excursions / departures."
