"This place had such potential and should be one of the best hotels in the area but unfortunately is for from it! The location is great but the hotel is extremely run down and outdated. One of the elevators wasn't working and the one that did work took forever. The hotel has its own beach, two pools, one of which is saltwater and a jacuzzi. Sounds good right? Well, the pools had mold on the interior edges... Can't one of the maintenance people get a power washer and clean them? Horrible! The room...

We had an accessible room for some reason and when we showered the whole bathroom floor would be soaking wet so we would slip around which was annoying. Our door was broken and very hard to open and close. I felt bad for the other guests when I had to leave early for an excursion because my door was so loud...
