"The bathroom was renovated and clean. The room was clean but dated. Key was a struggle to get into our room, but apparently they will be changing locks as renovations move forward. No food, not even a vending machine on site. There is a dining area, but it was not operational during our stay. The staff are very helpful."

The fans in the room cannot be changed to come on or off and it's very loud, we requested a table fan and were delivered a very dusty fan that no one bothered to wipe down. "The rooms are not sound insulated which resulted in not being able to sleep until 2AM! Called the front desk and it was eventually resolved. Early morning noise from departing guests made for a very short sleep! Too late to get enough rest! The breakfast is minimal and low quality. The room was clean and provided the the necessary amenities. The staff were okay."

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The facility is an older hotel. Low ceilings and somewhat dated. Our specific room was on 3rd floor above where the outdoor smoking area is. The smoke was coming in to the room periodically. The mattresses were too soft and squishy and the pillows and sheets smelt like they were not freshly washed."

Was a shock to hear that one has to make their own second bed when you book a king room.with sofa.bed. never heard that guests have to make their own bed especially when this room is more expensive than the one with 2 queen beds. Otherwise the property was amazing. But room wise was a bit of a shock. Room could have been cleaned better as well."

"It's a very basic hotel, but did a good job for our three night stay. There is no laundry on site so if you need to do it, you will have to look elsewhere. The breakfast area is also very small, so it gets crowded fast in the morning."
