"The hotel never contacted me prior to my trip to let me know they had closed. I was left looking for another hotel where to stay at the last minute. The security person at the front door did not how to respond to basic questions. Terrible experience!"

Normalmente dice que por habitación son un monto, pero cuando llega uno, es otro monto el que se cobra.
