"Lobby washrooms need some work The food is limited and the included drinks are low quality, everything else is paid à la cart at bars. Even bottled water are extra cost"

"Good recreational areas good food good drinks super friendly staffing"

"This hotel was outstanding. Modern, staff is excellent, breakfast was so good, pool is delicious and proximity to mall and other places within Managua very close. The only minor issue was that out of the 3 treadmills in the gym. Only one was properly working"

"Good breakfast clean room good stuff, friendly staffing"

"El hotel es muy lindo. El personal CARISMÁTICO, No tienen frutas deben mejorar eso no ofrecen batidos y pierden ingresos por que quien no ama un buen batido. Lo único que me incómodo mucho fue el maltrato de Miss Julie al personal delante de los clientes, ella se estresa y se entiende pero creo no tiene lo que se requiere para interactuar con los clientes."

"Schone kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel, prachtig hoofdgebouw in koloniale stijl. Goed restaurant. Direct aan het strand. Tennisbaan inclusief. Komen graag nog eens terug!"

"The room was good. Close to the airport. Nice and quiet."

"Todo estuvo excelente. El personal muy atento, todo es limpio y muy hermoso. La naturaleza en el lugar es muy bello. No te vas a arrepentir! Es un lugar muy lindo."

"The gym needs new treadmills"

"Large rooms with a/c and ceiling fan. Breakfast and dinner was included. Staff helpfull in getting a taxi to pick us up. But surrounding neighborhood abit creepy especially at night."

"This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a property . To start when we got there we were told no outside food or drink was allowed in the property because we need to buy there food and drinks like wth I can’t bring left overs weird then walking towards the room everything was turned off and it was a ghost town water slides off infants water park off rock climbing nothing no amenities were activity or able to be used I kept walking towards the room . Getting to the room AC didn’t work...

"El mejor lugar para estar tranquilo y disfrutar de una estancia segura. Gracias a las chicas trabajadoras y amables que nos tratan como en casa."

"The place is located next to the shore. It has a beach and cabanas next to it. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. We did horseback riding with the kids and they loved it. The view of the volcan Concepcion is unbeatable. Howling monkeys and others animals are present on site. We stayed in the family cabin and it had a view of the volcano and animals. It was very relaxing! Good restaurant, but the paraiso restaurant, at 15min walk on the beach, is something else!"
