"The spa is severely understaffed. Was there 5 nights could not get a massage they had no therapist, could not get a facial or manicure because they only have one tech. The men's side of the spa was down completely. But outside of the spa the hotel was wonderful. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff"

"Everything was wonderful"

"Hotel was clean and convenient, breakfast was good and staff was VERY helpful. However, the hotel needs to enforce the no cannabis rule!!! The smell wafted into my air conditioning vent every hour or so ALL the time. The smell was terrible in the hallways and in the elevator. Have rules that you enforce or don't have them. Made my stay uncomfortable in my room."

"Very helpful and accommodating!"

"I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but...

"The price was double what i usually pay. Why??"

"Great location, right next to the Plaza and easy access to great dining, shopping, and points of interests. The hotel had a very Santa Fe charm. Garage parking was available. Water and breakfast snacks were a nice amenity. Staff was very welcoming and helpful."

"Good place to stay"

"Love staying at La Fonda. Great linens, great location, attentive staff."

"Our room was tired and in need of an update. The shower had literally no water pressure. Other than that, the staff was great, the room was large and had a nice view."

"Very good location. Rooms are very basic motel rooms. They charge for parking in an empty parking lot! Their pricing is for location. No amenities or charm beyond a cheap motel. Staff doesn’t treat guests any better than someone paying to park for a day."

"This is a very dated resort on the o"

"Excellent staff"
