"10/10"

"The room was reasonably clean overall. The mattresses and bedding were comfortable. With that said, the bathroom fixtures were dated and worn. The doors in the room had lots of dings and dents. The air vents in the AC unit were clogged and matted with dirt. The staff was hit or miss. The front desk attendant was dismissive, robotic and a little rude for check-in. Conversely a different attendant was very helpful and kind for check-out. The biggest knock for me is the horrible odor in the lobby...

"Breakfast was okay, only 2 protein options and only 1 spread option of Jam. Would be nice to see more of a fruit selection, but overall good."

"Loved the room!"

"The breakfast was truly great and the staff very friendly. The room was clean a comfortable. The reason I did not give a 5 star is that there was a strong smell associated with pest insecticide that was nearly overpowering in the lobby and in certain areas of Harmony Suites. You could smell it throughout the hotel. Hopefully, that is temporary."

"The water pressure from the shower was awful. Otherwise it was a great stay!"

"Our stay over the two nights we stayed at the Grand Hotel was very nice. Located right next to the beach, the views are fantastic. Good that there’s a lot of parking in front, on the side, and back of the hotel. The staff were very pleasant. The room and experience met our expectations, and even exceeded some. Highly recommend!!"

"Room was clean, bed super comfy- especially the pillows! The location is close to everthing. Thank you"
