"I was charged more than my reservation for parking and they didn’t take my plate number or give me a parking pass which just felt like they were gauging. It should have been disclosed. I had to go back and ask about it which felt a little sleazy. "

"My wife and I stayed in something I think they call a Cottage. But it's really 6 standard hotel rooms with a very nice king size bed. The room was clean and neat. My primary issue is the room was advertised at $210/night but after adding 6 separate taxes the rate was $310/night (47% increase). color me "not happy""

"Excellent property/spa resort! Parking is NOT an additional charge, which is refreshing. Included breakfast made to order was the best. Also, nightly wine tasting hosted by the hotel from different vineyards was a bonus. Spacious rooms, nice grounds, pool, garden, gym, hot tub and fire pits enhance the enjoyment of the stay! Thank you, we’ll be back. "

"The hotel was amazing good location all the wineries that we selected were in close proximity. It was an added bonus having breakfast included.. the breakfast was excellent. The pool is heated and the hot tub was nice."

"The hot tubs and pool area looks a bit tired but the water is hot, the jets work and the mud baths are heavenly. We appreciated that the prooerty was quiet and the staff very helpful. Easy walk to the main street with lots of eateries and supermarket. Calistoga is lovely and we came away rested and happy."

"Checked in; staff wasn't very welcoming. During our stay, we had issues with the door lock and the shower drainage. We called maintenance three times, and they fixed it while we were out. The hotel is also next to Target, Starbucks, shops, and restaurants. Overall, the stay was okay."

"We stayed there for one night. It’s seemed fine. My biggest issue was the noise in the room. There was a continuous, loud, disturbing drone from the either the water or the hvac system, couldn’t tell which. It never stopped and it was loud. If I were staying another night I would’ve investigated and asked the staff to sort it out or change rooms. But we dealt with it for one night. "

"Offered an early evening wine pour between 5-6pm at the lobby. You also get a bottle of either a red/white wine if you follow them on any social media platform. Check in was a breeze, staff was nice and helpful. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. "

"Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a spacious non pretentious environment. We had the two bedroom room that was perfect for a friends trip . I cannot say enough about how elegant the room , bedding and amenities were in this room . Beware of the hassle with water though , considering the price - they could have made that easier . I was charged an extra $10 for two bottles of water and wasn’t told by Jessica when I asked to grab them . We used...
