"Buena estancia en general, bonito, limpio, cómodo. Amabilidad del personal escepcional. Incómodos detalles: nunca hubo jabón para baño, sólo 3 toallas para 4 personas, mosaico flojo del piso del baño del que salía agua sucia al pisarlo, la insistencia en adquirir tours y tiempos compartidos. Sin estos detalles hubiera sido una estancia excelente."

"Staff was great and hotel was beautiful. Food was good but could be better. Because we traveled during the holiday busy week, it took us an hr to get to downtown la Fortuna. So, most nights we decided to stay at the hotel for dinner. It would be nice if things stayed open later like the hot springs and kids club, etc. But the service was exceptional. Free laundry machines to wash your clothes and shoe dryer was a bonus! "

"This was our first time in Cancun (2 adults & 2 children (11&1). We had the most amazing time. The hotel was super clean, staff was extremely helpful, kind, attentive. The food was great no complaints at all. They had great entertainment in the pool, & at night for both kids and adults. the beach was very clean my son had a great time looking for shells. This without a doubt is definitely a place I would recommend for families. "

"Buen hotel, cumplió con las expectativas, al inicio el chico de recepción nos había dicho que nos había hecho up grade a suite presidencial, que de eso no tenía nada, era un cuarto pequeño normal, eso no me gustó (la mentira) pero es un hotel correcto, excelente cocina en el restaurante Marco Polo, otra cosa, el día que llegamos nos mandaron un mensaje de WhatsApp la gente de front desk para vendernos traslados o tours casi a medianoche! 😣😡 eso sí me pareció pésimo, pero nunca le contestamos...
