"We had a top floor Seaside suite with a swim out. It was very nice. Only complaint was the room next to us was being renovated. The Noise & Paint Fumes were missable my husband complained but nothing was done. We were trying to work & enjoy our room but the smell was bad/ dangerous. "

"Overall, the resort is very beautiful and organized. It’s pleasant to simply be there with the modern design and look. However, the rooms are a bit poorly established: the bathroom did not have a fan so throughout our weekly stay, the smell was pungent. The staff was very nice and respectful, and it was very nice to have a shuttle system traveling 24/7 past all living quarters to pick up and drop off the people vacationing. We really enjoyed the events that were planned throughout our time....

"Everything was amazing! No complaints! The swim up pool room was wonderful. Housekeeping came everyday to clean the room and came every night for turn down service. The staff on the entire property were so nice and accommodating. Our local host Josue checked in everyday to assist us with anything we needed like booking activities and dinner reservations. All of the food at the restaurants was very good! My husband and I enjoyed the couples massage at the spa as well! "

"The rooms were nearly spotless and the staff went above and beyond to respond to my and my guest's requests. The issues I did have were with the initial information provided by the resort staff regarding the military action being taken by the Mexican authorities to suppress the attacks of the cartels located throughout Mexico including in Quintana Roo where the TRS Yucatan hotel was located. Initially there was a lack of information which lead to anxiety and fear of what was ocurring outside...
