"Amazing and friendly staff all the way around. Beautiful grounds that are well cared for and clean. Rooms are amazing - we stayed in the Emerald Suite and worth the price. Beach is not swimmable due to sargassum but that is no fault of the resort They are cleaning the sand constantly. Absolutely would recommend. This was our second stay and will be back"

"En general muy bonito el edificio casi todo me gustó. Lo que No o me gustó fue que los traslados s en bb tacis o van del hotel son muy caros y sobre todo al compararse con el transporte público que está a unos pasos si, a unos pasos están el transporte público que te lleva a todos lados, además de que ha app de traslados a conveniencia, mucho más baratos. En general le doy 4.5 de 5 estrellas"
