"Everything is great, even though it has no beach it’s nice, you can walk to the beach, it’s right across from 5th ave, You get there they introduce you to the hotel and amenities as well as restaurants The only bad part was that when you get there they try to sell you on a presentation at a different hotel also a reef resort, while the guy was talking I told him no 3 times, Once you say no his demeanor changed towards us, tipped him for showing us around we left, as we would walk it was...

"Great location by near the tourist district, if you want to get away from the resort for a bit to explore other restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Elevator was down the entire week we were there, but they were good in moving us down to another room (upgrade without the charge). Staff was welcoming and helpful. Food was above average. They could do a better job of cleaning the tiles around the pool, plus update their painting of the walls and such (too many patch up jobs or not thoroughly enough). ...

"The customer service at this facility is poor, they don’t have entertainment for the guest overpriced for what they offer, if you don’t book restaurant reservation by 5pm your not able to book despite front desk available, the Japanese restaurant is included in other resorts this one you have to pay an overpriced fee. Terrible all around.. don’t recommend. Amenities are limited"

It covered everything from over nine places to eat and snack with you wanna be fancy or just hang up in casual clothes a pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and endless elegance. "The staff were helpful and the property is clean but rooms has no view and no office if you work remotely the rooms also have an wall ac unit not central which means the bathroom has no ac, if you expect a great buffet you will be disappointed the buffet has very little food to eat and is not diverse, the, if you expecting to hang in the lobby at night there is no lobby to hang at its 3 sets of tables that’s is it, they have two tiny pools and only one has bar, the front appeal of the hotel...

"We didn’t like the up selling on everything n mostly in the SPA! I booked normal massages n GOT CHARGED FIR SPECIAL LUNA ONES! I didn’t get anything special even the oil weren’t scented? Not happy at all! About $400 over n extra on our bill!"
