"An excellent experience. This resort goes above and beyond expectations of service, location, and amenities with excellent dining options including, Ala cart, amazing buffets, alfresco and room service. The entertainment was top notch. The pools, water sports and all inclusive activities were varied and plentiful. The grounds were beautifully landscaped gardens with lots of jungle walking paths and secluded hideouts. We loved it."

"Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view. The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part. Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay."

"My family, including our children ages 5 and 8, all enjoyed this resort so much!! The facilities were clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly. The family selection upgrade is a must. The swim out pool was a very nice additional feature. The property is large but was easy to get around. The kids club allowed us adults to escape away for a bit and enjoy the adults only infinity pool. The kid club felt very safe and well organized! There is so much to do at this resort it was impossible...

"We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!"
