"Not quite ready for prime time. We had premium rooms and thus the special check in and concierge. Difficult to communicate with over email prior to arrival and no better in person. One day the gym was FILTHY! No towels, no water, no wipes, HOT. No one had checked in for hours. Concierge seemed confused about issue. Making dinner reservations with her was painful. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of comfortable options to sit or lay down on. The view was wonderful.
