"Not quite ready for prime time. We had premium rooms and thus the special check in and concierge. Difficult to communicate with over email prior to arrival and no better in person. One day the gym was FILTHY! No towels, no water, no wipes, HOT. No one had checked in for hours. Concierge seemed confused about issue. Making dinner reservations with her was painful. "Absolutely beautiful hotel. Every design detail was well thought out - rustic but elegant. The entire staff were so pleasant and helpful. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of comfortable options to sit or lay down on. The view was wonderful. Swimming in the ocean was tough due to the amount of sargassum but the two pools were very clean and had stunning views.
