What a beautiful hotel to stay in. Despite it being only open for one month, almost every single thing was perfect. Above all, was the staff - they were all so welcoming, always with a smile and greeting and did their utmost to ensure that you were enjoying the best stay, from the gardeners, housekeepers, bartenders, pool attendants and restaurant staff. Thank you to everyone for their hard work and hospitality!

Amazing staff, amazing view, comfy beds. All in all excellent choice in the area.

All inclusive is amazing, the swimming pools are so good. The food is fine, but the good restaurant is open at night.

Exceptional service from staff, very good food, especially from all day dining in Aurora. Clean a well functioning room. Decent sound insulation. Thing to notice - very soft mattress. Still rather comfortable sleep. One thing to be aware of is that in frint of the hotel the entrance to the water can be troublesome in a presence of even small waves. The safe bay is some 15 minutes walk along the beach.

Amazing few days and the funnest party in cancun

A wonderfully refurbished hotel to a very high standard. All the staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for them. Loved the view from the dining area and the easy access to the beach

We were given a free upgrade to a big room with a bathtub, spotlessly clean with loads of bits provided. We don't have kids ourselves but you could easily see why it's a good spot for families. The adult-only infinity pool was a real highlight, especially at sunset. Lovely chilled atmosphere throughout, we felt safe,...
