Lovely old converted building in upscale neighborhood. A 15-20’ taxi ride to historic center, 45-55 to GDL or Tlaquepaque. Highly recommended, despite luke warm “hot water”.

This property offers beautiful gardens and unique decor. However, carpets and showers need some updating. Also, the parking availability is limited and on a first come basis which makes it difficult because there's not a walkable plaza near by. Afternoon traffic can be challenging too since it is located at the corner of an intersection with a roundabout.

The staff was great! Their yard was wonderful for sitting and reading. The rooms were roomy, but the low lighting was a bit bothersome. The big negative was the bed! We asked for a somewhat soft mattress since we’re in our mid seventies, and we’re told all the mattresses we Temprapedics. Well, they were horrible hard! We did remedy the situation somewhat by doubling up the bedspreads under the sheet. But if we return we’ll be bring our camping inflatable mattress!

The place is located in a quiet suburban type location in Guadalajara. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is older and it needs some deep cleaning. Plaza del Sol is walking distance to get food or some shopping. Unfortunately, $200.00 were stolen from my wallet. That was so disappointed. I called the hotel and explained that this had occurred, hotel staff heard me and stated "that has never happened" I didnt want to argue and so I just made clear that I would not stay there again. Partially I take responsibility of trusting that a hotel in a better location; would be a place where I could leave my money 1x when I went to a party. Again this was so disappointing to have that experience.

El desayuno no es americano, solo nos ofrecieron huevos y acompañamientos, la variedad es casi nula pero la atención es excelente. El internet es muy malo y por ende no hay televisión. Por el resto es muy recomendable, tranquilo y lindo. El personal siempre atento y amables.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, cumple con todas las expectativas, una habitacion muy amplia con todas las amenidades completas con un baño grande, un desayuno buenisimo, por las tardes un postre que ofrecen de cortesia junto con cafe o te si deseas... las areas muy agradables y tranquilas y tiene un jardin muy bonito y relajante. El hotel mas especial de Guadalajara. Tiene una vibra muy bonita y todos son super amables. El hotel es muy tranquilo y privado. Me encanta las habitaciones y su decoración. Esta muy bien ubicado en la ciudad y en una zona muy tranquila. Sin duda lo recomiendo!!!
