โรงแรมและที่พักในTulum

"The best hotel in the Riviera Maya. Have come here more than 12 times, including 3 with my now 3 year old. She loves the kids area and the Barcy club activities. We make it a yearly must-do trip."

"Nice room, great staff"

"Perfect stay. Location better than beach strip"

"Fun all inclusive with activities for all ages"

"The hotel scenery was beautiful to take photos or shoot content. Room was really nice. The pools were ok. Need to have proper lounge chairs by the pools. The shower heads in the rooms need to be changed. Hardly any water would come out but the tub was better to use instead. And it shouldn’t be so open the bathroom area since if wanting to bathe/shower in private. Nothing is covering that area. If wanting peace and quiet, it’s a place to stay at while in Tulum."

"we were looking for a hotel at the end of our trip and came here and were so positive surprised. This hotel is amazing. From the extreme welcome of the staff and the beautiful layout of the hotel you feel like you are on a jungle vacation. They have a super nice, clean and large pool area and we were there all by ourselves. they will give you a shuttle to the entrance of the Jaguar park, as well as a band so you can ride the electric transportation in the park to go to the national park beaches...

"Seasoned traveller with 8 family members all adults. We come down to Mexico 3 times per year also travel heavily in europe. First time to Grand palladium resort in Mayan Rivera. First the check in was not good. We checked it at around 5:00pm so you would think lots of staff but nope one person which must of been a fill in because it took around a hour for all up to get checked in ( Rating ) 1 out of ten. Than to the rooms , my wife and I had a great room, but two off our party had bug problem...

"Beautiful property, Staff went above and beyond in every way to accommodate and were extremely friendly. Had a great family experience here"

"Travelled solo and felt safe while there. I did a spa treatment and it was wonderful. The food is delicious. I stayed on the Una Vida side and did have a few regrets when I saw the Bardo side would definitely stay at this place again."

"cómodo, céntrico, limpio, personal amable.."

"The Grand Suite is lovely and the staff responded quickly to communication. It was not exactly what I expected as the description shows “private pool” and “private hot tub”. There was no hot tub. The plunge pool was chilly (not a bad thing as it was very warm outside) but as it was located on the first floor, it was very visible from the windows of the surrounding housing units and from the windows of the upper level rooms. So, no skinny dipping or sunbathing as it’s maybe not public but it is...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Unique and Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Tulum! I had a wonderful stay at Calea Tulum Boutique Hotel. It’s a very unique boutique hotel with a peaceful, calming atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooftop swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a great place to enjoy the surroundings and soak up the atmosphere. Having breakfast included also made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The rooms were very clean, well-organised and comfortable,...

"I had an amazing time there so much so that I didn’t want to leave when it was time to go home. This resort definitely accommodated all of my needs and wanted. I will definitely be back soon. I recommend this hotel to any adult who just wanna relax have an amazing time and to enjoy some great food. This resort is a 10 out of 10❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"Seré muy neutral, al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, no recomiendo la alberca privada por que no está limpia, tuve problemas con el sanitario pero cabe señalar imediato le dieron atención, con el check-in no había nadie a mi llegada, no está feo el lugar pero si deberían considerar darle mucho demasiado MANTENIMIENTO"

"La comida es horrible."
