"Everyone was extremely friendly and always there to help. It is in a very safe and walkable neighborhood- I traveled alone and felt safe the whole time. Loved the rooftop pool and the availability of drinks. The only thing I would complain about is that the iron didn’t work and the AC fan is loud but nothing that would stop me from coming back !!!"

"This is my second stay at Live Aqua and I love it more each time! We are a younger couple in our mid 20’s and the resort has the perfect mix of a calm and social crowd. The food is incredible, staff is incredible and many of them have been there for 10+ years which says a lot about how its run. There are multiple pools depending on your vibe and the beach access is unmatched. Highly recommend"

"This hotel has one of the most beautiful beaches in Quintana Roo. It is very busy, and the staff takes a long time to assign rooms. The hotel is in need of an upgrade as the furniture in the rooms is very old."
