"I chose Afrilodge because it looked like it would be close to the sights I wanted to see on the map. It was perfect. I was able to walk literally everywhere. It is located on a main street and easy to reach Providence island, the museum, churches, and monuments in about 10 minutes walking in most cases. "This place is amazing! But you've got to work to get here; it's 1.5 hours down a dirt road to Robertsport, then 15 more minutes on the rough road from the preserve gate to the lodge itself. But once you're there -- WOW! Your room is less than 100 m/yds away from the ocean, with beautiful waves crashing on the sand. The rainforest surrounds you from behind, but you can still get a full menu of food and drinks. Service is great -- very professional. I highly recommend this resort!"
