"The staff were all lovely, the swimming pools were great and my room was big with a beautiful view"

"Staff was very professional and helpful."

"This is the best hotel in all of Kenya. And that’s not an understatement and yes, I’ve been to hotels all over Kenya for the last 11 years. Maybe there is a hotel that is drastically nicer and more luxurious up in the Masai Mara like the other JW Marriott in that location that’s $5000 a night or the Ritz Carlton in that area for $5000 a night but for 150-600 USD a night in Nairobi there is nothing better. The quality of the food the furnishings, pool, and all of its many other features is...

"I have stayed at the Serena several times over the past 20 years. In fact, of the 80 countries I have visited the Serena in Mombasa is still my favorite place in the world. The staff, including front dest staff (namely, Althuman) and the wait staff are outstanding. Many are long-term staff who have obviously been well-trained in customer service. The Maisha Spa is always worth a visit. The property is beginning to show signs of aging so I hope there are plans to upgrade it, while not loosing its...

"ค่อนข้างดี โรงแรมอาจจเก่าไปหน่อย แต่ภาพรวมใช้ได้เลย"

"The lush greenery around the property is appealing. However, there was confusion over the reservation, which took a while to sort out. Gaining access to the room, we discovered there were no towels. It took us three calls to reception and an hour and a half wait before receiving the towels."

"Everything was great"

"Liked its proximity to the airport The breakfast was good and the room comfortable"

"One of our favorite places that we go to almost every year, we usually bring a group of about 20 to 30 people at a time. The historic and cultural significance of the place and style is tough to beat if you’re looking for an authentic Kenny experience. People are amazing and the staff is so helpful. The food is better than most places in Kenya and the rooms are one of a kind."
