"The staff were amazing and very accommodating and welcoming with a wonderful smile. The rooms need a little facelift especially in the washroom and shower where grout should be redone I would strongly suggest that they start removing the carpets in the room"

"We had a very spacious room and the property was very well located. It was clean and in a quiet area as well."

"Great facility! Clean, convenient, great amenities and welcoming staff."

"Tutto perfetto. L’unica pecca che ho segnalato alla ricezione è la vasca per la doccia, pericolosa. È alta e per uscire si scivola. C’è la toilette che impedisce l’uscita, inoltre non ci sono maniglie o altro. Sarebbe da togliere la vasca e mettere solo la doccia"

"Spacious room"

"What a welcoming, bright, modern hotel! The staff at the front desk are so helpful and kind. They gave us suggestions for restaurants, tours, coffee shops. We walked to the historic city centre in less than 30 minutes, and there is a Coop grocery store just 5 minutes away. The rooftop terrace has tables and lounge chairs- it's a relaxing spot. We didn't use the jacuzzi as the water was cool. Rooms were cleaned daily by a friendly, hard working team. I would recommend this hotel!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely rebook. The location is centrally situated on a quiet street, and the breakfast display is excellent."

"Apartment was larger than expected, clean modern and well equipped. Staff on site were helpful when we had queries but staff are not onsite outside of business hours (but are available by phone if needed) Location is a £30 Uber ride from the airport and a 15 minute walk I to the centre of the old city."

"Clean room. Breakfast was amazing."

"The staff were fantastic and really looked after us. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this great hotel"

"Das Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Mit dem Bus konnte man die Innenstadt gut erreichen. Es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum mit großem Supermarkt in der Nähe. Was überhaupt nicht gefallen hat war das Badezimmer. Die Wassertemperatur wechselte alle 10 Sekunden eigenständig von kochend heiß zu eiskalt. Es war unmöglich, das Wasser entsprechend einzustellen und normal zu duschen."

"I booked a 4 stars hotel This one is no more than 2 stars Noise from the street all the Nigth No blackout and the outside sign of the hotel made ligth inside the room all the Nigth I can’t bealive Expedia sell this hotel like a 4 stars Terrible"

"The hotel is in the best location quiet street a stones throw from main piazza , shops restaurants . Walking distance to museums ."
