"The hotel feels outdated and what’s worse for a five star resort you’d think the service was exceptional. Unfortunately and rather disappointingly the service was poor and not to the usual standard. Even upon checking out no mention of how was the service and whether we enjoyed our stay."

"Booked two rooms and they were kept very clean andplenty clean towels. Staff overall were very good, did have the can do attitude. Breakfast was as good as you could ask for, whatever your taste is, plenty of hot, cold you name it, you could get it. Didnt do the Spa but the pool area was our main focus and it was very good compared to seeing some of the other beachfront hotels. The location is second to none with the best cocktail bar just across the road it is called Memories and they are...

"Es war hervorragend"

"Personal sehr zuvorgekommen, Frühstück war sehr gut, gute Aussicht zum Meet, Swimmingpool angenehm kühl. Leider wurde der Aschenbecher am Balkon bei der Zimmerteinigung zweimal übersehen und daher der Aschenbecher nicht entleert"

"We stayed a week as a group of 20+, across a bungalow, penthouse, and 3-bed property — a good cross-section of the resort. The Bungalow was exceptional. Service here stood out, and if budget allows, the roughly £700 premium is worth it. Note it requires a €740 refundable deposit, not mentioned at booking. Amenities were great for self-catering, and pre-stay booking communication was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, housekeeping for the penthouse (3 days/week) let the stay down....

We dined in the Amorosa Restaurant on two evenings during our stay as the food was truly excellent. The waiters were very knowledgeable about the wine and the food and provided a unique experience to us both and very kindly introduced us to The Executive Chef Samuel who served to us one evening...

"Ameisen auf dem Zimmer"

"The suite was clean and pleasant. The food was decent. Overall, the hotel was pleasant."

"Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt waren die fast täglichen Hochzeitsfeiern mit sehr lauter Musik bis weit nach Mitternacht im Nachbarhotel(Constantinos the Great Beach Hotel)."

"Overall, all good"

"Id never use this hotel again. Staff are all great. Days 1..got stuck in the lift with wheelchair. Got asked if I was okay! I paid no. And was left to it another guest gave me"
