"The rooms upon arrival need to be inspected. I had to room change multiple times, 1st room was dirty and the 2nd room had a broken tv with no tube curtain. They did come quickly to address the issue with the TV, however after traveling over 8 hours and multiple trips to the front desk more than an apology was expected. The bar, pool and restaurant staff were very pleasant. The food could use an overhaul and update the entertainment. Transportation should also be provided or at least cheaper than...

"Till date the worst resort I have ever been to. Rooms are clean but many bugs access to the beach is a mission all on it’s own rooms and eating area is up on a mountain and transportation is hit and miss they have one truck going around giving rides but good luck on that guy takes forever to come back to the pick up areas. And the food buffet if you want to call it that is terrible maybe 4 items if lucky and food is not good. No room service no phones in the rooms and any kind of service is...

"Great beach. Coarse shell sand but still ok on bare feet. Not overly busy and right off the resort. Waves not really big enough to boogie board on but good for smaller kids to play. "Overalls a decent trip and all serving staff and welcoming staff were wonderful. Our concierge Kevin was very helpfull and available. Food was good! I was disappointed in the replenishment of drinks and snacks in our room…the last day we had no face clothes replaced and the hotel lotion bottle not replaced. To me these little things that moved my rating down…outside of that it was a really good experience. "

"Property is clean but dated. Breakfast buffet is not great. Omlette station was nice. The rest is of poor quality. Very expensive drinks but they were very good. Do yourself a favor and get all your food, drinks, coffee anywhere else. Nice game area. Lots of toucans and other birds and animals to be seen easily. Power went out a few times each night. Very small rooms but you can make it work. "

"This place is a birder’s paradise. They have every tropical habitat you could want on the back trails, and proper guides to spot the birds. The rooms are very good, the front desk staff was charming. The views are spectacular. The feeders are jammed with birds. Only negative was that we were almost totally rained off for 24 hours, but that’s what can happen in a rainforest. I already want to return. "
