"I would not stay here again. They did a horrible job with out room after reports of ants infestation and no English channels on the television. They waited 2 days to change my room. Staff was not helpful at all. The food was horrible. The steakhouse was not good. I would not recommend this place to stay in costa rica. However our non alcoholic drinks was made to perfection by the female bartender who knew us by name."

"This hotel is peaceful and perfect for a couples vacation. The housekeeping wasn’t really cleaning for example our sheets became dirty instead of them changing the sheets they made the bed up with the exact sheet on opposite side, they left the garbage and the cups of alcohol that were left on the mini fridge.
