"We arrived at 7:00 p.m. We were told that our room had been cleaned but not inspected. It should have been about a 30 minute wait. After an hour, we called to make sure that they had the correct phone number for us. We were told that our room was ready. There were several things that indicated that our room was not inspected. The staff was friendly, but getting anything done was almost impossible. I loved the location and activities, but I was disappointed by the issues we encountered."

"Our room was clean, well organized. We had a great view of the mountains. Front desk people were nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Guy at front desk was on top of things and refilled whatever was asked right away. My family enjoyed our stay and we will return."

"Dislikes were not bad. Our fireplace had issues and they were helpful in getting it working, but it was only a brief fix. NBD really. Outside lights by our room were not on at night, so not ideal for safety. Hot tub was warm, not too hot. I assume it's harder to keep hot when 25 degrees out. Dinner in restaurant was good but small portion. Loved the room, kitchenette/bar, very spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful. View from room was fantastic of the first snow of season on mountain...
