"This was a great choice for our first trip to Aruba. The private island was a highlight of our trip! We booked a cabana at Iguana Beach, which was well worth it. We stayed on the Family😎 side, which had a much better view and upgraded to an ocean view suite which was lovely to see the ocean each morning. "

"The staff seemed very bothered every time you asked for something. We stood in line for 50 minutes to check in only to find out we were dropped off at the family side. Then went to the adult side and had to wait an additional 30 min. I made reservations for 2 beds and they put me in a room with a king. Had to go back downstairs and wait in another line for 15 minutes to get in the room for 2 beds. Staff couldn't offer any answers to any questions, just kept referring to the app to find whatever...

"The food was amazing, unfortunately we were not able to get reservations anywhere but we did go to the buffet and the buffet was amazing! great staff as well! I would like to of heard more Caribbean music because all we heard was white music lol. I went to the club and they were playing spice girls. The Mj show was great! The beach was amazing. The staff around the resort was nothing short but amazing! We enjoyed our stay."

Food is good entertainment team is good I do believe that they could have wait staff in the pool area to help with getting drinks and water for guest because Ididn't see any. The property allows persons to stay until three and the check out person told me even though she is removing the band I can still enjoy the property, so because I was told that I went to the jerk hut to get some chicken and pork so became l...

"Staff was very promising but would not come through. Room service would take hours to deliver food or any item requested. I waited over 10 hrs and called 3 different times to have a crib brought up for my kid. It seemed that their only concern was getting us to attend a presentation to commit to their travel agency. The food portions at the restaurants were super small. Be also prepared to pay extra for EVERYTHING. The bar staff were super nice specially the ones by the pool. "

"Very nice, extremely clean. A little pricey for a one night stay but the staff was very kind and let us stay the afternoon and use the amenities before we had to make our way back to the airport for a flight home. Beautiful beach, bartenders were super fun to talk to and just as kind as the rest of Puertorican people in general. First time on the island......I would recommend traveling around a bit but this was a lovely end to our 2 week journey. 10/10 would do this again...

"Front desk personnel is very unprofessional and don’t care when we report any issues in the room. We reported very nasty odors in the room and don’t care they let me wait for over two hours for change my room, and no body come to move my luggage. Very minimal service to the guest and poor attentions to whatever. "

"The airport shuttle is a complete joke. We spent an hour outside with 2 infants and 6 adults lugging everything back and forth to multiple busses. When we finally got the bus, it was packed and the person in the back set had to hold the luggage from spilling forward. The check-in process rates as the worst I've seen in at least 10 years. This resort is confused. There is a toddler pool right beside an adults only pool bar?? Infants are breast feeding while women are twerking at the foam...
