"Stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. At check-in, we were told we were “upgraded” due to availability, but the room did not match what I booked (no true ocean view as expected). We were told we we would be moved the next day, but there was little follow-through and I had to track down updates myself. "The adults only side is small and well kept which is exactly what we wanted. We could always find a set of chairs when needed and you had a choice by the “party pool” or the quiet pool or on the beach. The staff for the most part was amazing, Marco, Joel, Herbert and our cleaning lady were some of the best. The beach unfortunately was hit and miss in terms of seaweed, but still lovely. The food was what to be expected, we liked the steak house and the sushi (Thai) option the most. Overall...
