Used the gym on daily basis, its super clean and best equipment. The restaurants are fantastic, make sure you reserve ahead of time as it could get busy (Cleo was amazing). Will definitely come back!"

"Ok the good first… The pool is beautiful, the rooms are nice and well maintained, the staff is very helpful! The bad The food is not good unless you go to the restaurants and even at the restaurants it’s a very limited menu. The showers in the rooms leak out into the bathroom and the floor is always wet! It’s very hard to find a place at the pool that is peaceful. Lots of louder people and kids."

"Terrible beach. Unfriendly staff. One of the pools was closed our entire stay except the last day. The electricity went off multiple times (with no explanation). We will NEVER be back and we will discourage anyone who is even thinking about staying here."

"I wouldnt stay there again, first day they had to change us at midnight because the air condition was imposible not only us we were 16all the room had problem with the air condition, in the pool área there was a food truck i couldn't take a hambergue to my son they didnt permite me,they made me call him to pick it up,the pool was very hot all the time there were no employe to assist us ,on the lobby a familiy was coming to pick us ,and ihad to speck almost with the manager so they would let him...

"My stay at RIU Montego Bay was a mix of positives and disappointments. My biggest issue was that the resort overpromised and underdelivered when it came to check-in. We were told our room would be ready at a certain time, but it wasn’t. I went to check on it once, and later my wife went back to ask again. That’s when we found out the room we had been waiting for wasn’t even going to be used that night for some reason. No one ever communicated this to us, which made the wait even more...

"Our original hotel canceled our reservations. So we had ended up staying here. This was the best thing that could have happened. We wi be back. Great device. Clean rooms. Amazing Waterpark. Beautiful and clean beach and it is centrally located in the town."

"This was a last minute trip. As a travel agent I look to see how the service an amenities measure up. I thought the property was very clean and well maintained. The people were friendly and the pool entertainment encourages socializing. Only one restaurant was not good both with food and service (the Indian restaurant) . I thought the entertainment at night was good and the beach party was great. The pool And beach are well maintained. It’s really not Close to much in terms of outside...
