"The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that kept it from being a 5-star experience for us.
The bathroom was quite small, which wasn’t a major problem but was noticeable. The biggest issue occurred during our honeymoon stay. On our second night, a large wedding reception was being held on the same floor, directly next to our room. By 10:30 PM, the music was so loud that our bed was literally shaking from the bass.

"I spent a pretty penny on my stay here, for them to not have a microwave in my suite and when asked the charge amount was $37 to use once. Also, I used a bottle of water which they charged me $40."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which did not work for four out of the five days of my stay. I missed three important work meetings because of it. Every time I asked for help, I was simply told to go to the lobby. That is not a reasonable solution when you need to be on camera for professional meetings.
The service was equally frustrating. We requested clean towels, but they did not arrive until two hours later—and only after calling three separate...

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is perfect and very convenient for visiting the area. The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the amenities were outstanding. The pool, restaurants, and bars were all excellent and provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again."

"The hotel was near everything. Beach, lots of restaurants, convenient stores and tourist areas. My problem was if you offer things at the hotel, it should be 100%. The dryers for your laundry did not work. I spent $10 plus for one dryer and still had to go home with damp clothes.
