The Condado Vanderbilt is a beautiful hotel in a great location. There were two excellent restaurants within two blocks of the hotel. It was easy to get from the airport and to the hotel, and from the hotel to Old San Juan (only about 2.5 miles away). The beach was accessible and there were chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel there. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the property, entertainment and food!! The room was cleaned and refreshed everyday. The hallways smelled delightful. Staff was very accommodating. My only complaint is that we found during turn down service, a mini bottle of our liquor was stolen. I didnt complain to the front desk, I just requested that we not have turn down service anymore during our stay. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel, just lock all your stuff up.

Room was large, quiet and comfortable, the hotel is beautiful and restored to a very modern level, every staff member was so nice, attentive and made our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a perfect Puerto Rican vacation

We had an amazing getaway at the Condado Vanderbilt. I a so glad we chose this property! The room was better than expected - we were in the older building and did not have a water view. However, the room was in great shape, beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was much bigger than expected. I appreciated all the drawers and two closets- lots of space to unpack! The staff was outstanding! Every single staff person I interacted with was fantastic. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond. We really enjoyed all the amenities in the room. We also enjoyed the pool, gym, and restaurants. It was an easy Uber ride to Old San Juan - plus easy to walk to restaurants near by. Definetly recommend this hotel!
