"They have really aggressive staff trying to sell travel packages, they dont take no for answer and if you are forced into signing they tell you ,you have 5 days to cancel and there is extreme push back. If you were offered anything, they take it back or charge you for it once you cancel. The place itself is nice looking and clean for the newer rooms but I wouldn't go back because of my experience."

"Excellent stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the property was clean, and the food was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the dining options. Every restaurant we visited was very good. The drinks were also excellent—strong, well-made, and definitely not watered down. The only downsides were that not all seven restaurants were open each day due to the hotel not being at full capacity, and there was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach during our stay....
