"This hotel was wonderful and the staff were fabulous! The only negative I have but will still give it a 5 star is how cold the whole hotel was. My room was freezing, but I was able to turn the air off; however, the rest of the hotel was freezing. I stayed shivering and because of the going out in the warm then coming back into the cold, I came home with a terrible cold. The weather degrees was between 78-79, it shouldn’t had been so cold in the hotel. Again, it will get its 5 stars because of...

"The Coral at Atlantis is an amazing property! Beginning with the valet to the front desk staff and the property's staff in general were outstanding! In particular, Seronte at Claudio's Restaurant and staff went above and beyond and were extremely attentive to our stay there and to our needs!
