"I had an AMAZING STAY!! It was my first time there for my birthday and the hotel workers were very nice, polite and friendly ( Also got welcome drinks ) !! The room was very clean, spacious and nice…. The pool, bar, restaurants were amazing!!! Drinks were good, food was good, the pool was sooo nice…. "There was 2 major leaks in the hallway exactly by room 306 Not only did it stink it was extremely wet and as we all was by water splashed down on us The TV in the room did not work The bathrooms got clogged day 1 The water pressure was extremely low And I saw a big roach or water bug in the hallway by our room I called 3 times to address the issue to no response We finally had to request management Very awful experience and this was my 4th time at this property"
