Was in Santo Domingo to run a 10K. Opted for the Sheraton and it did not disappoint! Beautiful property, easily accessible to everything. Staff was amazing specially Jacinto and Mary at the front desk. They made me feel right at home. Whenever in Santo Domingo, this will definitely be my go-to place.

The staff was not friendly and I had a massage and the masseuse put me in cold room and used freezing creams on me. Then proceeded to put me in cold shower. The rooms are outdated and the rugs were not clean and had stains on them.

We stayed at the hotel for only one night. Although the property was fairly empty and we saw very few guests throughout our stay, we encountered multiple issues. When we discovered that our shower was not working, staff simply switched us to another room without any assistance. Once we settled into the new room, we found that the refrigerator was also not working. Given that the hotel was not fully occupied, we expected a better-prepared room from the start.

The staff is amazing and the star of the location. Facilities are standard with some minor attention needed. With the exception of the pool staff becoming overwhelmed on a holiday during my stay, my time was excellent. I plan on returning soon.
