"Comfort Suites staff are pretty great. One waitress was attentive & not a happy person.
Having Atlantis passes is a great perk!
Free breakfast is nice & consists of :
scrambled eggs, either sausages or bacon, potatoes or grits, oatmeal, melon, waffles, cereals, toast & varied pastries. Coffee , tea & juice ,too.
Hotel had roof leaks, unfortunately. The hallways ended up with buckets & trash cans catching the water.
Overall, the stay was good, staff wonderful except one waitress..."
"Excellent experience at Atlantis the Reef, with exclusive access to pools and beaches and the broader Atlantis facilities. Amazing beaches, water parks and amenentiies in the area to use for free. Room was a little dated, but well maintained with excellent and friendly service. Dining options were 10/10 and varied (make reservations in advance), would avoid the casino restaurant's at main hotel though in evening hours with a family group. Kids club excellent with a charge, however worth paying and again booking in advance."
Hotel Riu Palace Paradise Island - Adults Only - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Room clean, the areas around the hotel clean. The bar is an issue. You cannot concentrate in the shows and watch the USA World cup at the same time. Other than that good hotel."
"Recently returned from 6 days at the Atlantis. (Family of 3- 2 adults and 1 child (12)) We had an amazing experience! We stayed at The Cove and opted for the club level- which was well worth it for us! (Note- the club lounge does not allow kids under 12- staff is strict about this policy) Club includes a full breakfast in the morning and small bites after. Later there is a happy hour and a dessert bar. This helped us not always go out. (However, the club concierge was great!)
The room was spacious for 3 of us. The view from the room was amazing! Apparently there was construction on a pool and some balconies during our stay- both of which we could see from our room- but we could barely hear anything.
The Cove was conveniently located. We walked to dolphin cove, the water park, and most of the other hotels. Otherwise- there was a shuttle every few minutes. Everyone we encountered was beyond friendly. We’ll definitely be back!"
