"This property was great! Staff was really nice and helpful! Let us check in super early and complimentary late check out since my son was having stomach issues which we really appreciated! The property is beautiful and in such a walkable friendly area to a lot of things! Everything is a 5 min uber away! We will definitely come back here again! Rooms were a little outdated but other then that no complaints at all!!"

"During my trip to Puerto Rico, I stayed at three different hotels, and this one was by far the nicest. The view from my room was incredible, and the pool was definitely the highlight of the property. The food was also delicious and exceeded my expectations. The only downside was that getting to the beach was a bit inconvenient, as it required taking a ferry. Overall, though, it was a great experience and I would recommend it."

Hotel phone could be reached to the front desk and even before we came to the hotel, our phone numerous calls to reach to this hotel got nowhere. Not impressive by the cold front desk people. In this regard, I would give the hotel a rate from 1-3 max. It really doesn’t represent Marriott well!"

"When we arrived, there was almost no water anywhere in the city of San Juan due to a large breakage in the pipeline. Certainly not the hotel’s fault. They trucked in water when they could get it to fill their cistern and provided free 16 ounce water bottles whenever we asked for them free of charge. "I like this place, very beautiful, plenty of space to lounge around inside and at the lagoon. I did not understand why my first night I was placed in the hotel across with no explanation! Spoke with staff manager and the next day I had what I booked. The explanation was some issues with water."
