Everything in this hotel was amazing. I will be coming here every trip from now on. All the staff is amazing here. Oliver in the coffee shop was the most polite and best with making our coffees. This hotel is the best in Santo Domingo.

Overall the hotel was good, great amenities, cleanliness, room,food all good. My only complaints were the remote location. No restaurants , stores or cafe in walking distance so I felt I had to eat there out of convenience. The breakfast was overpriced ($30+usd) a bit much for a breakfast. Also the waitresses in the casino were not very friendly, many times I got passed over for drinks while others got preferential service. Ps: the woman making omelettes performed her job in an exemplary manner. Remembering orders and cooking them to perfection. Well done.

I stayed at the Jaragua hotel in Santo Domingo with my wife for a vacation trip,the hotel was clean and located in front of the Malecón,we love the breakfast buffet,many varieties of foods and the staff was very helpful and professional,I personally had a good experience with Jessica,at the restaurant,very nice and her caring for us was exceptional,the front desk staff was also very nice,the luggage guys,very nice and humble,we definitely will come back to this hotel I highly recommend it.
