We had a wonderful family stay at the Hilton Aruba! The included breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options for both adults and children. Our kids loved the daily activities, and the resort’s direct beach access made everything so easy and convenient. The beach was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Hilton Aruba! Such a beautiful resort in an amazing location. The beach and property are gorgeous, and you're within easy walking distance of so many great restaurants, shops, and things to do. We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. Aruba is truly one of our favorite places! Highly recommend!

This hotel is beautiful. It is situated right on the beach and also next to a lot of shops and restaurants. I went to celebrate my birthday and the hotel offered complimentary champagne and dessert which was very nice! The room was a partial ocean view with a balcony and the view was amazing. The outdoor pools were also really nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Hilton Aruba was great. Gorgeous grounds. Great staffs. Love Maria in Laguna restaurant for breakfast. Our room was okay. I am convinced that I didn’t get the room that we booked. I booked garden/ partial ocean view. We got a view of the Riu hotel. I was very annoyed that the Hilton charge for umbrellas on the beach. I think the amount of money, one paid to stay at your resort should be included. Overall our vacation was great. Prepare to spend money in Aruba. It’s not cheap.. Food was great at the Sunset restaurant. Shout out to the chef.

Resort is awesome and very unique. Food on property was pretty good as well. My only thing not making this a 5 is that unless you want to pay for a cabana or a palapa each day when using the beach you will be forced to pay each day for a rental. There are chairs you can use for free and lots of them but unless you are an early riser you will find it kind of difficult to find a good chair and not be cooking in the sun 24/7. Property is also very close tons of different water sport businesses and restaurants on the water or across the street on that strip or businesses.

It was an extraordinary stay. Everybody was extremely helpful on the property. Staff was great. Room was great. Beach was great. And even more money at the casino. Can’t wait for next year.

The rooms were big and spacious. The property is well kept and beach area is plentiful. The pools are large and spacious and appropriate for all ages. The only down side is the pathways around the property is limited and makes it tough for customers with disabilities to easily get around.

Overall was great! Pools were the cleanest I’ve seen at any resort! Few disappointments: room although great location could use updating, especially the shower and tub. Ordered room service one night and it was not good at all. Informed front desk the following day but nothing was done about it and we were not even contacted about our issue. Very expensive considering the daily resort fee so it would have been nice to have at least had the opportunity to talk about our room service experience. Sunset grill was a beautiful experience, we enjoyed dinner there twice. Hoping management will reach out regarding our few issues. Thank you! Natalie

This property was amazing! So clean and beautiful, multiple pools and beach access - the sunsets were unreal! Breakfast was so good we looked forward to it everyday and the cafe that was open until 11pm was great! The strip was right across the hotel, many places we had to go to we just walked across. While we did rent a car we felt like we really didn’t have to (other than to go to baby beach) as everything was within a 2-10 minute walk. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aruba!

For the most part everything was great at the hotel. The service and friendliness of the staff. The only thing that we weren’t happy with was the added 18% service charge added to every order or service used at the hotel that went to the “staff’s” salaries. Granted this was explained to us when ordering or requesting a service, but to add that much on already expensive food and services was a bit much. Also, as part of the amenities described on Expedia for the hotel, it stated they provided limo/car service. No we did not expect a limo but when we requested shuttle transportation from and to the airport, they said they did not provide the service and we needed to use the taxi service, which in and of itself was at least $40 to start. Besides those complaints, the hotel room was more ample than we expected. The staff were very friendly and always provided the greeting of the day with a smile. Something rarely seen these days.

Beautiful resort. Would highly recommend adding the "Palm Beach Club" lounge access. We were asked when checking in and was totally worth it. Property is spacious and relaxed compared to the Hyatt with bigger pools and a pristine beach. Nice stores in the resort with fantastic gelato.

This property has the beach, the location and the great staff. It also has the biggest price tags. Not saying it isn’t worth it, but be ready. It also has the worst casino on the island. Luckily the Hyatt down the street has probably the nicest casino so it worked out.
