This is the best hotel we’ve been to!! The room was wonderful with great lighting coming in and everything was cleaned nicely. The staff were wonderful specifically Angel, he was wonderful helping us get checked in. There was another guy, I didn’t catch his name but he gave us recommendations of places to eat and helped us with our parking validation. Just an great experience all around!

You know I went to check in for my reservation and asked to change rooms for a higher floor not knowing that the rooms with balconies are located on the 2nd floor. Needless to say the room was amazing and to add I let the woman at front desk know it was my wife's birthday and her team prepared balloons and a cake at 1am in the morning to make sure when my wife arrived at 2am she checked into the room with a warm welcome and her birthday being recognized. Tremendous experience!
