We were pleasantly surprised by the renovations at the Dominican Fiesta Hotel since our last stay. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated, and does a great job of preserving its classic 1960s character while incorporating modern upgrades. It has a unique charm that feels both nostalgic and refreshed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we especially enjoyed the live music during our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the center of Santo Domingo. A tip for travelers: Before booking through a third-party site, check the hotel’s own website. We found that booking directly with the hotel can be less expensive and may offer better rates than the major booking sites. Overall, it was wonderful to see how the hotel has been updated while still maintaining its classic character. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The hotel is nice and has a lot of amenities, the staff was accommodating by changing our room when we requested it. The only problem really was the restaurant, the service is extremely slow and orders were wrong. 1 and a half hours to get our food.
