"We stayed one night before our cruise. The room was clean, and had everything we needed for the night. The common areas for guests were also clean. You could borrow beach chairs or a cooler if needed. The beach is just a short walk down the street. We walked to a local restaurant and felt very safe in the area. The breakfast was included and was great! There were also snacks, water and coffee, tea etc accessible all day. A great alternative to the high priced hotels in the area."

The staff was kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. "No parking which is a big No No since is San Juan and there is no parking unless you’re paying. The room was tiny, and the box spring was ripped and old which was really disgusting !. I do not recommend ."

"We had an amazing week staying at Acacia Boutique Hotel. The room was a little small, but we knew we wanted cozy and that is what we got. The bed was comfortable and the staff were amazing. The view of the ocean is through a couple of high-rise buildings, but you are steps away from a gorgeous beach. Parking availability was non-existent unless you park 1/4 mile away which was ok for the days we rented a car, we didn't mind the walk. I would definitely stay at Acacia again.
